Q. What are HOJ's operating hours?
Showroom operating hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

HOJ has two showrooms.

- Sydney: Level 6, 89 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000

- Brisbane: Level 4, 231 George Street, Brisbane QLD 4000

Q. Are your showrooms open to the public?
Although HOJ is predominantly a wholesaler to the Jewellery trade, we have a cash sale counter in both our branches & welcome the general public & encourage the hobbyist to visit either of our showrooms where our experienced staff will be more than happy to help you.

Q. How do you despatch my goods?
Depending on your locality, we send your purchases by the following methods:

a) Overnight Air Express Courier
b) Interstate/intrastate Road Transport
c) Local Suburban Couriers
d) Express Post (overnight to Capital Cities)
e) Skynet to New Zealand
f) By arrangement for all other overseas deliveries
g) In Sydney City, by foot or bicycle courier (small parcels only, please ask our advice on this method)

Q. Can I use my own Courier?
As we basically only charge you the cost price for courier services, you are more than welcome to use your own courier should you wish to. Please advise our Sales Team Member when placing your order.

Please Note: Most orders can be delivered overnight or next day delivery anywhere in Australia

Q. How can I get a catalogue?
We have catalogues available online in their particular web page. However, you can download all catalogues available online from the Downloads page. Also there are many printed catalogues available from us on request for various ranges of products. Please contact a HOJ Sales Team Member for further details.

Q. How can I find out the price of a product?
As prices vary depending on our landing costs. Prices can be obtained by contacting us & talking to a HOJ Sales Team Member on freecall 1800 810 147 Please quote the product code where available.

Q. Are warranties on products available?
Yes. Depending on the product, warranties vary in length; some are limited, others unlimited

Yes. Each Team Member handles a specific area so please feel free to email us with your enquiries. Please visit About Us

Q. How do I pay for my purchases?
HOJ accepts many forms of payment. Visa; MasterCard; Amex & Diners Club credit cards are accepted. If buying in person at one of our showrooms, EFTPOS is also accepted as well as cash! Bank Transfers (ask us for our Bank details) are accepted as are company & personal cheques (Conditions apply), Postal Notes & Money Orders. For regular customers, credit accounts may be opened upon completion & approval of the appropriate credit application forms which can be obtained by contacting our Administration Office Staff.

PLEASE NOTE: Overseas orders may only be made in Australian Dollars & paid via a Bank Telegraphic Transfer to our Company’s Bank. This is due to a high degree of fraudulent use of credit cards. Please accept our apologies in advance.

Q. Does House of Jewellery do custom printed boxes?
Yes, We can have your packaging custom printed with your Logo etc. Please contact our Packaging Division for more details.
